There is Hope

This is the beginning of a blog where I will share my experiences on the journey of striving for a healthier lifestyle, and being more minimalistic. My generation has created a culture of busyness, connectedness, and of stuff. The young professionals have some of the highest debt ratios, our homes are filled with stuff, and we are constantly in communication with others. Yet we’re unhappy. This generation is often so busy that we turn to fast food for meals, or just have junk food for supper. Constantly striving to fill our lives with “stuff” is unhealthy. My hope is that I can share with you my journey to getting rid of the clutter in my life. I’m embarking on a six-week journey to a healthier lifestyle. I will follow Dr. Joel Furhnams Eat to Live program, I will increase my physical activity, and I will working towards being more minimalistic. Why am I doing this? At the age if fifteen I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
